Bryan O’Halloran is the President and Owner of Island Physical Therapy and brings more than 27 years of private practice experience to the Jersey Shore community. Originally from Australia, Bryan has been a long-time summer resident of North Wildwood and is proud to bring his expertise and family-centered care philosophy to the place he has called home for decades. Bryan began his professional training at LaTrobe University in Melbourne, Australia, where he earned his Physiotherapy degree. After relocating to the United States, he completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in Boston. In 2021, he earned a Doctor of Science degree from Andrews University, focusing his research on the assessment and treatment of neck pain. Bryan also holds dual board certifications in Sports Physical Therapy and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and is a Fellow in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy, completing his fellowship training in 2018. A respected educator and mentor, Bryan lectures nationally to physical therapists and athletic trainers and is a founding Fellow of the American Maitland Instructors Association. His clinical background includes working with Australian National Teams at World Championship events, as well as extensive experience across orthopaedic, sports, and manual therapy settings. Today, Bryan’s research explores cervicogenic headache disorders, while his clinical practice focuses on helping patients return to pain-free movement through evidence-based, patient-centered care. At Island Physical Therapy, he is committed to bringing high-level expertise to a supportive, community-focused environment where every patient feels known, heard, and cared for.
Christina O'Halloran, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Christina O’Halloran is the newest member of Island Physical Therapy, bringing a strong foundation in evidence‑based practice and a deep personal connection to the North Wildwood community. Originally from Havertown, Pennsylvania, Christina has spent every summer in North Wildwood since childhood and has been part of the local workforce since age fourteen, working in several beloved shore restaurants. Christina earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware in 2023 and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Drexel University in 2026. During her clinical training, she gained diverse experience across multiple settings. She began her rotations at Concentra Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina, where she worked primarily with acute occupational injuries. She then continued her training at Riddle Hospital in Media, Pennsylvania, helping patients safely regain mobility and confidence as they prepared for discharge. Christina completed her final clinical experience at ChristianaCare Rehabilitation Services in Smyrna, Delaware, where she focused on treating individuals with neurological and vestibular conditions under the mentorship of a neuro‑specialized clinical instructor. Christina is passionate about promoting independence, empowering patients through movement, and building meaningful therapeutic relationships. She is excited to begin her career at Island Physical Therapy, where she looks forward to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care to the community that has shaped so much of her life.
Rosemary O'Halloran, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC
Part time Physical Therapist
Dr. Rosemary O'Halloran, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC completed her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Penn State University in 2019. She then went on to complete her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2022. She has been treating athletes in the sports medicine world for several years now at both Penn State University, Villanova University and high schools in the Philadelphia area, as well as training athletes at EXOS for the 2022 NFL combine. In August 2025 she moved to North Wildwood as a full time resident and started a new role as a contract PT at the United States Coast Guard Tracen Cape May. She has a vested interest in helping Island PT succeed as a part time employee to help her community stay active and healthy.
Nancy O'Halloran, BS
Compliance Specialist
Nancy O’Halloran is Island Physical Therapy’s Compliance Specialist. She began her career at West Chester University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree, and went on to build several years of experience in the group health field. Her background gave her a deep understanding of insurance processes, patient advocacy, and healthcare operations, skills she later brought into the world of pain relief and physical therapy, where she helped manage and oversee the business side of a successful private practice. Nancy has spent every summer of her life in North Wildwood, and her family has long-time roots in the area - her mom was even a Margaret Mace baby. With a family history of seasonal work and local small businesses, Nancy is excited to continue that connection by helping launch Island Physical Therapy with her husband. With her strong administrative background, Nancy helps ensure that Island Physical Therapy runs smoothly, effectively, and with a focus on patient support.
